If I place an order, how long will it take to arrive?
Order delivery times are subject change. However we give up to a 1 week delivery time schedule. Please note for a bespoke garment the delivery can be up to 4-8 weeks. If you have any queries regarding the delivery of your order, please fill out the contact us form and we will respond to your query.
How do I book a consultation?
To book a consultation, please click HERE to fill out a short form and then someone will contact you as soon as possible.
Does a consultation have to be in person?
With all of the technological advances of today an immediate consultation does not have to be in person initially, however, due to the nature of the service, it is more than likely that you may need to finalise your order in person.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards. If you would prefer to pay vial PayPal we do that also. Bespoke garments and Costumes are payable in the above or cheque payable to ELIZA. Please contact us for further information if you have any further payment queries.
